James E. Gargulak (Jim) is a Wisconsin certified general appraiser, certificate #54, that has been in the real estate appraisal field since 1973. Jim has a Bachelor degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and a Masters degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Jim is also a Wisconsin licensed real estate broker and is a member of several regional, state and national real estate organizations. In addition to his professional affiliations, Jim is active in the Rice Lake Rotary Club and other civic organizations.

Jon E. Gargulak is a Wisconsin certified general appraiser, certificate #1193, that has been in the real estate appraisal field since 2001. Prior to 2001, Jon was employed by American Express Financial Services as a commercial mortgage underwriter. Jon has a bachelor of science in business degree from the University of Minnesota. Jon is currently a general associate member of the Appraisal Institute and is seeking its MAI designation.

Kristine A. Strom (Kris) is a Wisconsin licensed appraiser, certificate #1501, that has been in the real estate appraisal field since 2002. Prior to obtaining her appraisal license, Kris was employed by several Title Companies in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area working with residential real estate. Kris has an Associate degree from St. Cloud State College and is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute.

Christopher M. Drost (Chris) is a Wisconsin licensed appraiser, certificate 1495, that has been in the real estate appraisal business since 2001. Chris is a native of Barron County and is working on obtaining his certified general appraisal license.
