and/or seasonal residences. In addition, we have the necessary
knowledge and experience to perform residential appraisals for
various ownership structures such as condominiums, partnerships
or estates.

of Appraisals: We have vast experience in valuing residential
properties for mortgage financing, establishing a potential
sales price, estates and divorces. In addition, we have staff
that is capable of performing appraisals for HUD, relocation
companies and general reviews.
- Typical
Process: Our clients determine the scope of our analysis. We
recommend contacting our office to discuss your potential valuation
assignment in more detail. Upon your approval, we will schedule
a time to view your property. Depending on the scope of work,
the appraiser will typically take a series of interior and exterior
measurements, view the interior and exterior of the improvements
and take photographs. The appraiser will then perform the necessary
research and analysis to answer the particular valuation question
based upon the scope of the assignment.
