Types: Our commercial services include valuations of professional
offices, medical/dental clinics, commercial/retail stores, industrial
buildings, warehouses, resorts, bars/restaurants, golf courses
and other general income producing properties.

of Appraisals: We have the capability of performing complete
or limited appraisals in self-contained, summary or restricted-
use format. We are committed to upholding the highest ethical
standards. We have experience completing reports for mortgage
financing, establishing potential sales prices, divorces, estates,
etc.

Process: The client determines the scope of the assignment.
We recommend contacting our office to discuss your particular
valuation in detail prior to engaging our services. Upon your
approval, a qualified appraiser will schedule a time to view
the property. The appraiser will take a series of measurements,
view the interior and exterior of the improvements and take
photographs. Depending on the assignment, the appraiser may
request additional information such as historical operating
information such as profit and loss statements, current rent
roll, copy of any leases, building plans and specifications,
list of inventory and/or business equipment. The appraiser will
then perform the necessary research and analysis to complete
the assignment.
